To protect our patients and ourselves, our staff wears masks, gloves, goggles and hospital scrub uniforms. We strictly observe all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines. All instruments are cleaned, disinfected and routinely sterilized as recommended by the American Dental Association and the Centers for Disease Control. Whenever possible, disposable, single-use items are used to ensure your safety. Handpieces (drills) are sterilized with a state-of-the-art sterilization unit specifically designed for this purpose. All surfaces in the treatment rooms are cleaned and disinfected after each patient.

Porcelain Veneers
Cosmetic bonding and porcelain veneers are basically dental "face-lifts" that fill in spaces between teeth and mend chipped teeth , reshape crooked teeth or hide unsightly stains or discolorations. The can even be used as "instant orthodontics " to give crooked teeth a straighter appearance. Some can even be placed with no anesthetic and with little or no removal of sound tooth structure.

Teeth Whitening
In-office whitening is done by applying bleaching solutions on the teeth which is accelerated by a high-intensity light. Teeth can often be whitening in one or two one-hour sessions by our Rembrandt System. We can also enhance the whitening. From simple impressions, we can construct custom fitted bleaching trays. Patients then apply bleaching solution to the teeth and wear the trays for 30 to 60 minutes per day for an average of about two to three weeks.

Non-Surgical Gum Care
Periodontal disease is a chronic infection of the gums and bones that hold your teeth in place. It also causes embarrassingly hard-to-control bad breath. It is common, affecting approximately 50 million Americans. This approach to treating horrible gum disease has taken a lot of strides within the past 10 years. New local antibiotic therapy can be applied directly to your gums right after a thorough deep cleaning to ensure that all the bugs are eradicated.

Natural Looking Crowns
A "cap," "jacket" or "crown" will restore a broken, heavily filled or cracked tooth to its original size and shape. This may also be recommended after root canal therapy has been completed as the tooth tends to become brittle and is more apt to fracture. Crowns can strengthen and protect the remaining tooth structure and improve the appearance of your teeth. Today, crowns can be made without a metal core; thus, eliminating gray metal showing at the gum line.

Natural Looking Bridges
A non-removable bridge can restore your teeth to normal function by replacing missing teeth. It will improve the entire health of your mouth by keeping the surrounding teeth in position and can also help maintain the structure of your face and jaw. Some bridges can be made without metal understructures.

Snoring and Sleep Apnea
Do you wake yourself or someone else with your snoring? Studies show that about 40 percent of middle-aged men and nearly 30 percent of middle-aged women snore. Connections have been made between snoring and potentially fatal obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). OSA and snoring have also been linked to other diseases, such as hypertension and cardiovascular disease. One of the causes of OSA and snoring is your tongue. When you sleep, your tongue can reposition itself blocking your airway.
